Meet Dr. Lester Kanemaru

Born and raised in Wahiawa, Hawaii, Dr. Lester Kanemaru graduated with his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. He then attended Washington University, in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). Returning to his hometown of Wahiawa, he has provided gentle, patient-centered dentistry for over 30 years.

Knowing education is the key to providing the most appropriate methods of treatment for his patients, Dr. Lester regularly seeks out continuing educational opportunities. He is an active member of the:

• American Dental Association
• Hawaii Dental Association
• Honolulu County Dental Society
• Hawaii Dental Forum (Seattle Study Club)

These professional organizations offer numerous educational opportunities, including meetings, seminars, lectures, and multiple publications.
